Jobd was created in 2023 to meet the need for a low cost web application for facilities management and the management of service provision. The developers of the Jobd system have utilised their experience with the development of similar systems over a period of more than 17 years. Existing facilities management systems can be large, expensive and unwieldy, with a host of features that you pay for but may never use. Jobd focuses on the most important aspect of facility management, the organisation of client requests with service teams.

Jobd isolates the job request process from the work assignment process, this allows managers to assign the various pieces of work that the job requires to the appropriate workers and to arrange the order of the various work items.

Jobd Analytics makes use of a location hierarchy (set up by the system administrator) that allows easy identification of all the work carried out in any location over a period of time. Work can also be accounted for by budget code.

Jobd has been designed to be very easy to use, either as a user or as a manager. The system readily scales to suit any size of organisation. The clear pricing structure allows the Jobd system to be easily affordable for individuals and competitively priced for larger organisations with more complex needs.
